Lifetime Warranty

*We give a lifetime warranty on all electronic products while stocks last, with the exception of the Cordless Rose. When the product is no longer in stock and no alternative can be offered, the lifetime warranty will expire.

To register your electronic ISO Professional product for a lifetime warranty, we need the following information from you:

• Purchase place
• Date of purchase
• Type of product
• Color / print product
• Item code (you can find it above the bar code and start with ISO ...)

(tip: copy these points) You can pass this information on to us by creating an account on our website. Send us a ticket in your account via 'my ticket' (left in choice menu),

containing the requested information. You will receive a message from us confirming your registration. You can request a lifetime warranty up to 30 days after purchasing your ISO Professional product. Keep the proof of purchase and the original packaging well! We need this if you want to claim your guarantee. At ISO Beauty Nederland you have one year factory warranty as standard.

* The lifetime warranty is a factory warranty, damage caused by your own fault is not covered by this warranty. The lifetime warranty is strictly personal and cannot be transferred.Lifetime warranty can only be requested for electronic products from ISO Professional.

Purchased an ISO Professional product in the webshop?
Then you are automatically registered for a lifetime warranty! It is still important that you keep the proof of purchase and the original packaging well.
